Welcome to the official blog of Edward Tudor Pole aka Ten Pole Tudor accomplished musician, singer, song-writer, unique style Rock & Roll guitar player, wordsmith, all round entertainer and rightful king of England in all but fact.

For the past 6 years Ed has been touring, honing and working industriously on his new one man electric Rock & Roll stadium show.

Admittedly not always in a stadium but the more people there are the better it goes down.

Ed aims to bring the universal spirit of joy and good fellowship into the venue and to unite the audience partly by transferring the power from the stage to the crowd by getting them directly involved by singing, dancing and joining in and partly by the rhythm and catchiness of the songs.

“I’ve been practicing the guitar in my bedroom since I was a boy but it was only after 30 years that I felt good enough on it to play it in public” says Ed, “I am better now than I was three months ago so it stands to reason that in three month’s time I will be better than I am today” ( ETP 7th May 2010).

Ever-changing, never stagnant Ed is an eloquent storyteller using his lyrics as an artist uses a brush to conjure and capture the full essences of the songs he writes.

In the Summer of 2009 Ed announced the arrival of his new and very long awaited (25yrs in the making...) album 'Made It This Far'(on Angel Air records)he hopes his fans were not too upset that they had to wait so long!

Currently touring nationwide with this new show (the dynamic & completely riotous ‘I’ve made It This Far Tour’) Ed invites all types of people of all ages to come and check it out.
